	Jonathan Russom

Though he doesn't sound like it, Mr. Jonathan Russom was raised in the hills of Tennessee in a little place called Tullahoma.  He thought he had escaped to big city heaven when he moved to Memphis to attend Rhodes College.  To prove he was no small-town boy, he majored in Anthropology/Sociology, something no one in Tullahoma had ever heard of!  Next, to show how tough he was, he earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Christian Brothers University and taught for three years in the Memphis City Schools.  Not ready to turn back now, Mr. Russom is excited to have arrived in the REAL big city and have the chance to show he's made of what it takes to be a part of the KIPP team and family.
