	Dawn Hicks

Dawn Hicks has practiced social work in a variety of settings.  While earning her bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University (2003), Ms. Hicks provided independent living services to youth in foster care.  Ms. Hicks has also provided individual and group therapy to children with emotional disturbances, visual impairments, and physical disabilities.  Ms. Hicks earned her M.A. in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago (2005), where she was awarded the Evelyn Harris Ginsburg Memorial Prize for outstanding work in schools.
